Fee Schedule
Momentum Pay operates with a transparent, flat-rate pricing model. All fees applicable to your account are set out below and disclosed to you at onboarding.
Transaction Fee
Applied to fiat and stablecoin transactions, including payments, collections, and conversions.

| Transaction-Based Fee | 0.20% | Flat rate applied uniformly to all client transactions, regardless of volume. Applies to USD payments, USD collections, ACH/Wire/SWIFT disbursements, and USD-USDC conversions. |
Onboarding Fees
One-time fees charged at account setup.

| Setup Fee Business clients only | $2,000 | One-time fee covering system onboarding, API integration support, and initial KYB/KYT configuration. Not charged to individual (natural person) users. |
| KYC Onboarding Fee Individual users | $2 per individual | Identity verification, fraud screening, and sanctions checks for individual users. |
| KYB Onboarding Fee Business clients | $30 per entity | Business verification including entity document review, beneficial ownership verification, and sanctions screening. |
Recurring Fees
Monthly fees for active accounts.

| Virtual Account Maintenance Fee | $1 / month | Charged only on active virtual accounts (VAs) with at least one transaction in a given month. Inactive accounts are not charged. |
Momentum Pay does not charge monthly minimums, subscription fees, or inactivity fees. Clients may also request custom pricing for high-volume use cases or white-labeled platform deployments.
